Prior to Co-Founding Parataxis in 2019, Ed was an investment banker at digital asset merchant bank Galaxy Digital. Before joining the digital asset space, Ed spent 10 years as an investment banker covering the Technology, Media & Telecom sectors, starting his career at Lehman Brothers. Previously, he served as a Captain in the United States Army. Ed is a graduate of The Wharton School (MBA), Yonsei University (MA) and UC Berkeley (BA).
David Zhang | Portfolio Manager
Dave previously spent 10 years at several US-based quantitative hedge funds, including AQR Capital Management, where he focused on managing factor-based portfolios and statistical arbitrage trading strategies. David is a graduate of Harvard University (BA, MA).
Lalita Chelluri | COO & Head of Investor Relations
Lalita previously spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently on the Multi-Asset Platform Sales desk where she covered public and private pensions, insurance companies and other institutional asset allocators. Lalita is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business (BS).
Lydia Han | Director of Mining Operations
Lydia previously spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where she provided financing solutions for private banking clients. Lydia is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago (BA).
Thejas Nalval | Co-CIO
Prior to Co-Founding Parataxis in 2019, Thejas was a portfolio manager at digital asset hedge fund LedgerPrime. Before joining the digital asset space, Thejas spent 8 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a trader within the firm’s Macro Trading group. Thejas is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at NYU (MBA) and Rutgers University (BA).
Andrew Kim | Investment Analyst
Andrew previously led research and management of a digital asset portfolio for a family office. Before joining the digital asset space, he was a research analyst at Ares Management and an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Andrew is a graduate of New York University (BA).
Pearle Min | Director of Mgmt. Company Operations
Pearle previously spent over 10 years as an accountant at several public & private companies, including Allianz Asset Management and Creative Artists Agency. Pearle is a graduate of CSU Fullerton (MA) and UC Irvine (BA).
